Guarantee terms

Our guarantee starts on the date of your kickoff call. Within 14 days we deliver your complete ISO 27001 ISMS documentation, put it in place with your team, complete your internal audit, and take you through your certification audit with an independent JAS-ANZ accredited certification body, with your certificate issued. If your certificate is not issued within 14 days, you pay nothing: no invoice is issued, any amount already paid is refunded in full, and we complete your certification at our own cost, so you receive your certificate without paying. That includes delays caused by the certification body: we carry that risk, not you.

The 14 days pause only if requested information or evidence is not provided, if key personnel are unavailable for scheduled sessions, or if the scope of the engagement changes after kickoff, and the clock resumes once resolved. Certification is granted by the independent certification body following your audit. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
